As a new user of this app, I just want to say that we are thrilled with the product, the features and customization options, and the incredible dedicated support! We had questions during onboarding and their support team went above and beyond expectations. This is a solid 5 star. All considered, this loyalty app has certainly earned our loyalty!

Amazing best in class support! Not only did they promptly help troubleshoot an installation issue, they discovered the issue was with our Shopify theme (not their app). And, they fixed it for us (even though this is above and beyond expectations). Also the app works beautifully, integrates nicely, and look forward to the transition from another app that cost 5x more.
