I tried many AI support plugins with poor results. Lots of AI tools cost a fortune. The top-rated, most downloaded option is overly bloated, hard to configure and pricey for AI usage. ChiXX has no proactive marketing, and Zipxxx is also far too expensive. I selected this one after comparing all high-ranking, popular apps. It offers fair pricing, full features and simple setup. The proactive marketing performs well. It’s lightweight, and the AI gives accurate customer replies. I highly recommend this.

The proactive sales feature is incredibly powerful, and this app's AI capabilities are the most powerful I've experienced among most Shopify online customer service plugins! It can resolve most customer inquiries. It doesn't have bloated, complex settings and features, and it won't affect your internet speed. I once used a chat plugin with the highest download count, and it was so laggy every day that it made me question my existence. Replying to over twenty customer service replies was a huge waste of time, and I kept getting errors when typing in the code.
I compared several member point plugins and found this one to be the best. Moreover, the customer service is very prompt and professional. I will continue to use it on my website. 8849tech.com is a globally renowned top brand of rugged projection mobile phones and rugged projection tablets.
