First day using this app (I'm NOT a tech person) and the staff has been beyond helpful setting everything up! My experience with this app has been nothing but stellar! My most recent experience was Friday at 6pm when I had to launch seven new bundles. I was having difficulty, and they replied to me within two minutes. Did mentioned it was Friday night? This company goes above and beyond to help and assist you with everything. I am not the most tech savvy individual, and they are so kind and patient explaining things that I don't understand. Five stars! Can't possibly say enough nice things about them

Siddarth was so helpful with the upsell features! They corrected what I was doing wrong & fixed it. Even screen-shared with me to show me exactly what to do in the future when I dont have him to help me. Very wonderful help.
