Cannot be displayed after a period of time after installation, do I need to comment to use it? what is the reason?

I used this app more than 6 months. I used this app to add the announcement bar at the top. It helps me automatic my store. I would recommend this app for anyone.

Does the app have to be rated to actually run? I hope my sales can use this app.I think it helps people find something they may have missed!
