Customer support is fantastic, even as a free user. So far I received help from Alyssa, Alicia, Jasmine and Maison. All of them are super friendly and really do their best to assist you as good as possible.

Very easy to set up. The only part I was struggling with was the colours of my theme, for some reason my store didn't allow me to override it. Reached out to customer support and it was fixed within a few minutes. Really good support, even as a free user. Thanks to Binh from the Judge.me team.
