We moved to Shopify in Merch and then transitioned from Klaviyo to Listrak in July. We expected the process to feel overwhelming, but Listrak made the transition incredibly smooth. Eric, who led the migration of our program, was outstanding. He took the time to truly understand our brand, our goals, and how we communicate with our customers, which made a noticeable difference in how well everything aligned after the move. The team took the time to make any corrections that were needed and carefully verified everything throughout the process. We have been with loop for a little over a year now, and the whole team has been amazing and helpful. We have 3 websites that use loop and they have been extremely helpful to make sure we get the best deal for the best product.
