The team at Avada have once again built a wonderful app, and provided incredible customer support. Shout out to Elle, Jade, Sonny and Charles who have all assisted us with importing reviews, setting up the app and promptly resolving issues we had. Highly recommend as always!
Have had a great experience with the app so far, huge shoutout to Elle and Sonny specifically who have provided amazing customer service and have been able to assist me with a number of questions and concerns I've had. The app itself is really quite good and we've been enjoying our trial of the Professional plan at this stage. But even the Free plan has some very generous features most other apps would expect you to pay for.

Have been in the process of updating a website that hasn't been touched in over 4 years and ran into some serious SEO issues. So far the app has been excellent and has saved me a lot of time doing things manually for each collection and product. When I ran into some issues I reached out to support and the agent Nim was very easy to work with and provided some valuable advice.
