We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Appstle Loyalty, specifically thanks to Derek, our Merchant Success Engineer. He went above and beyond to manually integrate the redeem widget into our custom cart drawer and perfectly matched the colors to our brand identity. Derek’s professionalism, speed, and kind words about our website made us feel truly valued as merchants. He made the technical setup look easy and ensured everything works seamlessly. If you want a loyalty app with top-tier engineering support, this is it! 5 stars all the way
