Responsive support, reasonably priced compared to competitors, lots of setting depth, inc retention flows and very customisable customer portal. All worth 5 stars. Critique: Confusing split settings across Shop settings, customer portal and other settings. And despite reasonable cost noted above, if wanting automation APIs for flows and webhooks that can add $100-300 to the plans ads add-ons.
Best looking bundle app that supports subscriptions, free gifts, upsells, and support is always quick and helpful. Thanks to ieva and Jacob for recent very quick fixes
