The team at Powerful Contact Form Builder were amazing. While their forms can be a little bit difficult to set up, the team is incredibly helpful when you need it. I ran into a roadblock with functionality and to my surprise the team solved it within the same day. They were incredibly responsive and Emma was a fantastic customer service agent that I really enjoyed working with. She made multiple changes for me and I'm really happy with the result. I feel very confident using their products.
Really Liking this app so far. the customer service is fantastic and fast, writing code for my store to add functionality i need within minutes. Only things i would improve is the pricing model, too many features hidden behind the highest tier, so it seemed a bit strange to have to upgrade to get access to basic functionality. But its worth it so far.

The easiest app to install on Shopify so far for me. Really intuitive, I'm only 2 days into the trial and I can tell that this will do wonders for the store, and has already provided some great insights into my customers thoughts (good and bad!)
