They go beyond what's needed to resolve not only issues, but special requests, this guys know how to treat customers! Thumbs up for them, and I do recommend!
In my case it was Larisa who attended me, she went beyond what you would expect to resolve my issue, so my rating is 5, I cannot talk a lot about the app since I just have downloaded it, but customer success team, pretty good.
