Great app to have for all returns and exchange processes, great for mid sized and small size brands. Amazing service by the support team. No complains with the team and the tool yet. Must have plugin for brands to automate their returns/exchange processes

We have been using Atom for the past 2 months now, and would want to say it has made our reporting and analysis part of work so easier, where now we do not need to jump through different tools and dashboard as everything is in one single place. Also the team is very supportive and skillful and have helped us with all sorts of personalization's and customizations. The creative analysis is top notch, which gives you a lot of recommendations that you can use for your Meta strategies. Finally would like to say its a tool for all D2C brands out there be it a small startup or a well established brand.

Great experience with the team. The widgets do enhance an overall website experience. Still in the initial stages of understanding the exact returns through this optimization, but really helpul and supportive team that is aligned to any brand. And continous efforts from their end to keep improving their tool! Must try for D2C brands especially in the fashion, beauty and electronics segment.
