Its funny. I used the Vital Step foot powder. I took an 90 minute walk with my sister and I used my foot powder on my legs and feet. Came home and thought nothing of it. Later in the day, my sister and I were talking about the long walk. usually we are somewhat sore. But this time no pain. My legs felt really great. I totally forgot about any pain in my legs and feet. You know the product is good. When you totally forget your pain.
