Great feature to add to your homepage, helps show visitors your activity. Have not experienced any technical issues since using for several years.

Hi Just Bee Loved, thank you so much for your feedback! We are really glad the app has been useful for your store and that everything has been working smoothly. Wishing you all the best!
Loox customer for 6 years now - recently had reason to contact Loox due to replacing a legacy theme to one of the latest shopify themes (which require different methods of customisation), after some time struggling to incorporate the loox app, reached out for support. Omer spent several days, helping to customise the app and it's functions within the theme. He was extremely patient - despite my own lack of knowledge with the theme - coming back several times. Was never made to feel like a pest, just welcoming to offer futher support if needed at each stage and help me become better familiar with how these new themes operate. Loox app functioning perfectly. Thank you Omer V for your attentive service.
Have been using for a couple of months, very easy to set up, links to your cookie policy, and able to choose & design non-intrusive pop-up. No software issues thus far. Great to also be able to download an app for free that keeps your business on the right side of legalities.
