I had a problem with the reviews showing up twice on my site. I contacted support and they helped to fix it right away. My agent was quick and concise and handled the situation perfectly.

I had some technical issues with a TikTok order duplicating in Shopify that were completely my fault. Frank was able to assist and was very patient and helpful in explaining what I had done incorrectly in setting things up. He sent helpful screen shots and guided me through what needed to be corrected and helped me to fix the issue. I am incredibly appreciative of such a great level of service!
