I am using this app from few month and I am happy with the app functions,specially their WhatsApp support . whenever issue comes I message them and within 6-12 hours it got solved, very quick action by their developers,As per my request Now discount code is also working for draft orders as well,Now my store sales has increased 5 times after using easy sell form, because this form makes customer to place order easy whereas standard checkout system is quite difficult for those customer who is not familiar about it. The app is ok But problem is they never reply email and can not get support from them, there is big issue in this app, after order is fulfilled by this app, they will put new Tag PICKED_2021-9-10 like this and remove all the existing order tag which will create a mess, I email them about the issue but they never reply it would be great app if they fix it Hi there. They are charging during trial period and deny for refund, Shopify also not helping in this issues . App has mentioned 15 days trial ,so I installed the app October 28th and uninstalled after 10 minute, next day October 29th bill came with app charge, I surprised and again install the app the app to cross check, But according the app developer , I uninstalled so trial ended and when I install again they charge me, so what is the meaning of 15 days trial, conclusion is I have not used their app and they took my 29$ for nothing ,so now how can app user be assured about their support, They only focus on how to pull out money from customer

good support team , app works perfectly. This app helped me a lot ,while buying multiple items without going to product page saves time.
