We love the simplicity that this app offers. Its easy for the customers to leave reviews, easy for us to read them, respond and publish to our site. We had one little glitch once and within 2 minutes on chat it was fixed. This app is great and so is the customer service
We needed to switch from BOLD but wanted a seamless migration. not only was the loop team EXTREMELY quick at replying, they made the entire process a breeze, AND they helped us brainstorm ideas for making the most successful subscription service available to our customers and helped us plan out future growth strategies. 10000000/10 would recommend!
