The app claims to request Judgeme ratings via messages, but in reality, after downloading it, I found that it doesn't do that. There has also been no response from support.
My WhatsApp account was banned, so I do not recommend this app
A great app is useful and works efficiently, and they have a great support service.
the customers had an old phone number in their account. When they placed a new order with a different number, the confirmation message was sent to the previous number. It seems the app uses the stored customer phone instead of the one entered at checkout. Please advise how to ensure messages go to the correct number.
