I have been a long time user of Grapevine and it has been a super valuable asset for our store. On the odd occasion I have reached out to the team, the team has always been super responsive. I literally asked for a feature last week and the founder reached out today to let me know it’s already live. The data we’re getting is super useful and our completion rates are great. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for your kind review Chris as well as your detailed feedback on our new MCP AI Connection feature. The ability to analyse open-text responses through our AI Connections feature was a natural next step, so we're very pleased that your feedback helped to move that along. Harsh was extremely helpful in helping me get set up with different types of bundles. He even built the first one for me for free so I can then easily duplicate it for other configurations. The product has already generated over $2000 in sales - paid for itself in one day.
I have been really impressed with this app. Even though it is simple in it's purpose, it is easy to use, and does exactly what I need. I also like how responsive the support is too. I had a small suggestion for an improvement, and the team tried to understand my use case, then actually implemented a change to it that same day! I wish some of my other app providers were as responsive as these guys.

Simple, effective, and perfect for what I needed. I must have looked at every upsell / cross sell app out there, and they all are overly complicated and most of them have usage fees.. even if your orders don't come from their widget. This app doesn't have any of that.
