I was a little lost with the new version of the app at first, so I asked for customer service. Mariana was very pleasant to email back and forth with. She provided prompt answers with screenshots and step-by-step instructions. Solved my issue quickly, even though it was via email instead of a chat feature (which didn't matter; she responded as quickly as a chat conversation anyway). :)
App works great - very simple. I had an issue setting it up, but Kiryl helped me quickly and effectively. Works for what I need: just a simple way for customers to make payments on more pricey items.
