I found the integration process to set up my TikTok shop and link it to shopify a really good experience with lots of prompts and explanations along the way to help me with the process!

The help with onboarding was second to none, everything I needed to know was answered knowledgeably and helpfully by a lovely human called Rojen who not only answered all queries but where possible provided examples, visuals to help me to take necessary set up actions and he also offered explanations. Beyond this, where possible he undertook actions himself to help me with the set up process. All in all a faultless service and I would not hesitate to recommend it. The cost of email marketing has increased to an extreme level and this service seems to be more competitive on the pricing front too which makes it a possibility for an unfunded start up.
