Installed, tested for several days, and unfortunately the App is not working. We've had zero response from customer support - either through the App or Chat or Email. It seems to me that nobody works here anymore and things aren't getting updated... But it's quick and easy to install and to connect your stores - so maybe give is a try but don't hold your breath. There's a 7 day trial, so we just deleted it on day 6. It appeared as though it would be a helpful tool to organize our SKUs across multiple Shopify stores. I wish there was something out there that would do this for us!

Very impressive app and more impressive service and support. I recently migrated our store over to Shopify and needed a Review App. I read up on the options and Judge.me seemed to offer everything that I could think of. Installed it and imported about 4k reviews from a csv file. We are now set up with customization of the layout, fonts, and colors, and automated product review requests on our selected scheduling, etc. Like anything new (to me) the work is in the set up. But it doesn't take long and the most amazing thing about Judge.me is the customer service - the team consistently reply to all sorts of questions and requests, usually within an hour so. They always answered my question, or just performed what was needed to get the result and let me know "...we've completed xxxx for you". I've never seen service like this, and we are still on the Free Plan! The "freemium" plan has everything that you need, and the paid plan offers customization of EVERYTHING. We'll likely be upgrading to the paid plan in the near future.
