It's been really easy to use, very easy for our customers to navigate as well. Customer service is FAST and always able to help us quickly. Each time we update our web template, they make sure their link works seamlessly without issue and usually under 5 minutes! When we want to customize something to fit better to our template and how our customers shop, they're able to help us. Mason was fast, responsive and got the editing done all under 8 minutes for us.
We tested this app for a few weeks and it was great! Ultimately, we had to go in another direction due to other aspects we require for our services that tied into our Rewards Program in a way that Growave was not enough to accomplish. We would highly recommend Growave and are sad to part ways after receiving such personable and FAST customer service. UPDATE (six days later): We switched back and are so happy we did! :)
