Simple to use with plenty of options for building forms. The forms are responsive, and the support team is genuinely helpful, they even added a new feature after I requested it. Thank you!
I tested a few bundle apps and none of them offered what I needed. This one was exactly right. I did run into a minor issue with one feature, and the error message wasn't very clear. I contacted support and they fixed it within minutes. Best of all, the app is free. Definitely a good one.
