Nothing works in Facebook. They make things very difficult and their websites have so many glitches. Their internal processes aren't designed to resolve normal issues that arise from running a business. It's always horrible dealing with Meta.
My theme needed a few small fixes and the team solver it diligently and with great communication. Kudos to Helixo.
