With our team consisting of one full-time eCommerce employee, managing our sprawling product catalogue and its underlying data was always a struggle. Juggling metafields, metaobjects, image alt texts & everything else took an unsustainable amount of effort and time, especially since we sell in three languages. Emfas has allowed us to automate this more or less completely, and it has been a game changer for me personally. Instead of spending time pasting translations and writing alt texts, I spend a couple of seconds configuring this through Emfas and sleep soundly at night knowing that we have full informational coverage across all of our products and languages.
GPT Search has finally allowed us to bring our search experience up to modern standards, allowing our customers to prompt their way to information about our products right on our website. Tremendous uplift from the built-in Search & Discovery search function!
WoolyTech is an all-around great partner. The few times we have had issues figuring out our complex set up, their support team has responded quickly and helped us figure things out.
Depict has completely transformed our ability to properly merchandise our collections. As a very thinly staffed brand, making sure that we always sort our products in the most optimal way was more or less impossible before we started working with Depict. Their "Boost" and "Bury" bury functionality makes this a breeze, and allows us to rest easy knowing that we aren't wasting precious merchandising space displaying products that aren't in stock (among other optimisations we are running!). On top of this, their collection enhancement features that allow us to add videos and images to enrich our collections is going to be a game changer once I have the time to push it to live. Would recommend whole-heartedly!

- The support is great and they are there for you all the time. - There are some limitations in send out's of emails (both automatic and manually), the system isn't super smart. We've had judge.me for about 1 month now and overall we're happy with it.
