The 3D preview feature is smooth and has reduced 'back-and-forth' emails, as seeing designs update in real-time gives our buyers more confidence about what they are ordering/customizing. What really sets them apart is their comprehensive support. They reply quickly and we had the solutions for technical issues and the specific adaptations we requested. They even have a 3D modeling service, we sent over our products and technical drawings, and the final results look very good! While there are many settings to get used to at first, the interface is solid. Most importantly, the integration with Shopify works perfectly.
