Had something I had to change for SEO purposes and reached out to their support team. Very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. Oh, and the app is superb too. Been using it a few months.
Great app - using instead of sticky buy button. Have set a "Buy" on product page so it returns customers back to the top to buy.

Great app and support from their team - a few things I've had to tweak but they helped and sorted straight away via their chat.
Great audit functions and info to help improve the SEO on the site. Also tech support via the chat was superb. Helped with some areas that were out of my comfort zone.
