We couldn’t be happier with Intuitive Shipping! The app has been incredibly helpful, but what has really impressed us is the amazing customer service and support behind it. A special shoutout to Paul for all of his help and support. Paul continues to be absolutely fantastic to work with—so patient, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure we have everything working properly. His follow up and checking in afterward to make sure everything is still working the way it should is so appreciated. That extra effort really says a lot about the commitment of the Intuitive team. As a small business, having someone who is there to help when you need it makes such a difference.
