Honestly didn't expect this We're at 2,500+ images processed and I'm still a little amazed every time I use it. My shopify store has close to 400+ products, each with 3 to 7 images. The photos were taken over the years — some dating back to 2021 — so backgrounds changed, lighting changed, photographers changed, products changed. For many products we didn't have zoomed-out images, just cropped shots. Chaos left, right and center. Now my entire catalogue is consistent. Same background, same lighting. Not only that — it zoomed out the zoomed-in and cropped images and went beyond that by completing missing product container edges. All done with ReframeHQ. I even noticed my sales went up after fixing the images — we look like a coherent brand now . And this was done with one feature only — AI Scenes. We haven't even touched the other features yet. Before this app, fixing product photos meant hours of editing, sometimes re-shooting entirely, then uploading and replacing files one by one. Now I load a batch, wait 10–15 minutes, and 100 images across multiple products come back looking consistent and professional. Lighting fixed, backgrounds clean, cropping done — and the fine details are kept intact. For us that matters a lot because we sell handmade chocolates and the textures and fillings need to look exactly right, not under nor over promising.…just right. The whole thing happens inside Shopify. No exporting, no editing in another app, no re-uploading. You review the results and replace the originals right there. Simple. This app helped us skip Canva and other apps completely. Now I take photos on my phone 1:1, upload them to Shopify as-is, run ReframeHQ AI Scenes, pick the same background, and I have great catalogue photos. I then export them from Shopify for use on Instagram to maintain a consistent look and feel. I'm not exaggerating when I say this saved us weeks of work and probably avoided a few re-shoot sessions too. It also opened the door to reviving older images for products we didn't have time to reshoot — now all up and running on the website. There's a bit of a learning curve at the start and I wasted about 200+ credits figuring things out. But Pedro was kind enough to credit some of those back, which honestly made me trust them more. Early on we faced challenges with inconsistent AI output regardless of the chosen preset or prompt, but Pedro adjusted things behind the scenes to make it consistent, I emailed him after each run with my remarks, to which he fixed promptly. He also tweaked things to ensure the AI doesn't touch the texture of our products — especially important with chocolate, as AI is notorious for over-smoothing beyond reality. In some instances, I had chocolate pieces without a tray, and ReframeHQ added a crystal tray below as per my prompt. If you're not willing to tough it out initially and get over the learning curve, don't venture in. But once we get the hang of it, now I wonder how we managed without it. I just passed 40 images through the app for 6 new products before writing this review immediately. I shot the images at 2:30 pm, 9:30 pm the products are live on our website. One last note — I don't want my over excitement to overshadow the initial tweaking needed, but once over the hump… boy, what a game changer. If I remember correctly, I initially bought 350 credits, then 800, then another 800. I didn't notice there was a cheaper 2,500-credit pack — had I seen it earlier it would have saved me about 48%. Have fun!
I have initially, chosen the BOGOS bundle app, due to it is visual strong appearance and the high number of 5 star reviews. Upon install, the free trial, which if i remember correctly was 15 days, ran out while i as still experimenting with the app as my experimental stage took longer than needed due to high frequency of needing to go back and forth to support team to fix things. One major draw back is that you have to keep on going back to dev team to adjust simple UX matters such as font size or glitch with add to cart button/text color as the app does not offer this. It feels as if you did not purchase a bundle app, instead you have purchased a subscription with support team. The second major item, is that i had to keep going back and forth with dev team to remind them to resolve some issues. For example, once i request bundle title font size adjustment, they fix it, then if it still needs adjustment had to go back to them to adjust font size again, this cycle could take 2 days. If it happens you do this near the weekend, then I have to wait 2 days until the weekend is over as they are off on weekends. Simple matters such as having a redirecting link bundle booster page (as my website is in 2 languages) had to go to support team to fix, which took several days, as the bundle does not accommodate language URL redirection out of the box. I had to wait for something like 7 days with live bundle booster page taking my English and arabic users to an arabic bundle page as you have to insert the full URL not only the later part of the URL for redirection. When I subscribed, I selected the Basic plan as it covers my needs, but after installation i discovered this plan is not available for my store and i had to go with Grow plan, paying more without BOGOS fully disclosing that if your shopify store is on the Grow plan, then you need the BOGOS Grow plan, which exceeds my current needs. Some customers complained from the mix and match bundle being unintuitive especially for mobile users, so they opt to contact us on WhatsApp as oppose to finishing the sale online. I have installed a session recording/replay app to watch online customer sessions, and found out that the app is indeed not intuitive and easily makes customers fall out of bundle. In a nutshell, the app is feature rich, technically strong with amazing support team, but not user friendly, and not for businesses that rely on small teams to manage even if your technically strong. I am about to uninstall it and move on to try some other bundle apps. In summary, the bundle presentation creates decision friction, lets customers bypass the bundle offer path (for mix and match), makes customer experience feels patched together rather than smooth upselling and intentional. I am disappointed, that i have to be back in the market looking for a more suitable app!!!!! I normally do not like to leave negative reviews, but i thought this might be helpful to give you store owners some light about what will happen behind the scenes and maybe encourage BOGOS to enhance their app by adding font, padding and other simple customizations out of the box, and revisit their mix and match bundles flow intuitivity. Good lucks!

Dear Hazem, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed experience, we truly understand your frustration. It helps us see where we need to do better - not just technically, but also in making the experience more intuitive and efficient for merchants with smaller teams. I am currently using the app to display free shipping bar on the header with colored underline to attract customer eye to it. It is the first thing they see when the page opens as this might help remove the delivery charges friction. The bar is working well for us. Previously, i have used it to introduce goals such as giving customer incentives when they reach certain value in their shopping cart such as additional discount or a free product/gift. I have stopped using the free gift aspect as when the goal is reached, it double added the free gift to the shopping cart, then when the extra gift is deleted, it would empty the cart...so it had some technical issues. But as static bar, it is working well.
I was looking for easy to setup trust badges. Hoppy Trust Badges is a great app. I easily added the badges i want to each product page, it also offers related fields to display arabic translation which i need for store as it is in 2 languages english and arabic. The badges display nicely and fit my theme well!. Great app, many thanks for the Hoppy team.
I have been using Booster SEO for the past 10 months. I encountered an issue with img file renaming and img alt text populating, unfortunately this did not work on my store. Booster SEO team attempted to fix several times without much luck. I have requested a full refund for the 10 months period, as this gave me doubts if the app is even working on other features and how true is the displayed high SEO score on app dashboard. They accepted my full 10 months refund request and credited it within 48 hours. Speedy support, great company practices, but the app did not give me the confidence i needed on the SEO front. The stars are for developer responsiveness, not so much for the app functionality.

Aravind and Manaz, were very helpful. They troubleshooted some issues related to displaying the time picker in Arabic language. i like the app so far. Will explore their other apps soon.
