AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Absolute trash app and HORRIFIC customer service!!! For example, I was on hold in the chat for THREE HOURS AND FORTY-SIX MINUTES! It is documented in the transcript they sent me of the chat. That's how long it took from the bot saying someone will be right with you, and someone responding. HORRIFIC!! There is no way to cancel the subscription through the app. And if the access from your Shopify store breaks, there is no way to get back in to the store to cancel from your account side. And that's after spending the last 20 hours just trying to get back into the account to WORK! But now, I've had enough. I'm out and I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they will not cancel it. The supposed benefit of higher quality control and shipping from one fulfillment center could not possibly be big enough to make up for this experience. I'm out and I would strongly advise others to AVOID!
