Unfortunately, despite your team's friendly attitude and willingness to help, I have not been able to get the assistance I needed. The support provided has been largely ineffective, and I’ve had to repeat and re-explain the same issues multiple times with no clear resolution. Beyond that, I found the app’s integrations to be extremely limited, which has made it difficult—if not impossible—to use the app in the way I intended. I expected a more reliable and seamless experience, especially given the time investment on my end. At this point, I am very disappointed with the level of support and the app’s capabilities. I hope you take this feedback into account to improve the experience for future users.
