So far so great! We're still pretty new to the AI scene and we were pretty hesitant to hosting an AI chat feature on our site given our past experiences and high expectation for customer service, but Omakase has been a really impressive tool in and of itself so far. What really makes this app a five-star for us is the support team behind the app, and the amount of help and investment they have put into making this tool work for us and our unique needs. We cant say enough good things about Phil, Brian, and the whole Omakase crew for bending over backwards to create an AI platform that fits our needs and we can't wait to see how this new feature on our site helps our customers navigate our brand, products, and shopping experience.

We have only great things to say about working with Veeper! The platform itself has been fantastic in helping us keep discounts from leaking, and above all else their support and responsiveness in helping with integration on our site has been fantastic. We also just made the jump to Shopify Plus, and the Coupon Blocker is a game changer for us.

Heard about Route through another company that we have partnered with in the past and so happy that I took their advice to talk to Route! The people at Route are fantastic to work with, the on-boarding is wicked fast and based on the orders that are coming through our customers are happy to have shipping insurance as an option when placing an order.
