Bon Loyalty is one of those apps that leaves a lasting impression. I actually remembered it from about two years ago when I was researching loyalty apps for my Shopify store. Hazel, Hailey and Kian have been incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They explain everything clearly and even include screenshots and pictures to make the process easy to follow. Overall, Bon Loyalty has been a wonderful experience so far. If you're looking for a loyalty program that's easy to use, flexible, and backed by a caring support team, this app is definitely worth considering.
