The Live Tables view of the app is very helpful in understanding what is going on within the shopify store. It fills an important gap that Google Analytics / GA4 couldn’t provide. Tried many different realtime analytics, and this app has a completely different approach and provides valuable insights that others don’t. The app doesn’t appear to add any overhead or cause performance penalty to the storefront. The app is new and has a lot of potential. The insights we gained from using the app is invaluable and answered some questions we had that we couldn’t get from other analytic apps. We don’t need a perfect or flawless app. It is the insight that we are able to obtain from the app that is most important. Peter, who developed the product is actively working on the product, and he is very responsive and receptive to inputs. Peter and the app well deserves understanding and support from the Shopify community.

Much better GA4 integration than the Google Channel. SRA GA4 is much more comprehensive and seemingly more stable than the integration using google channel. It also addressed an important data element that we needed. Kevin has been very responsive and extremely helpful. Also very glad the GA4 portion is free. Excellent documentations and videos, much more informative and transparent than what Google provides. The two 1 star reviews this app received are unwarranted. Hoping there will be more products from SlideRuleAnalytics.

Excellent diff tool specialized in shopify theme. Very quick and easy to use. Saves a lot of time looking for changes of theme files. The history tracking changes is excellent.

We've been watching ReturnGo for almost a year, waiting for some functions to be developed. The team at ReturnGo has been very responsive and very receptive to inputs and feedbacks, even before we started using ReturnGo. There were use cases that we have that initially ReturnGo couldn't support, and the team listened and developed functions to support our use cases, and contacted us to let us know to try ReturnGo again. The wait for the developments of the functions have been well worth the wait, and we've recently switched to using ReturnGo. ReturnGo support is very responsive and very patient. The team has grown quite a bit since a year ago. It is apparent that the ReturnGo team is highly professional and tries their best to provide a very robust product and service. We also heard great things about them during a tradeshow from a Israel / US trade representative. The founder is from US, so it feels like working with a US based company. The ReturnGo app from our customer/end user perspective appears to be very intuitive to use. From our perspective, it meets and exceeds the functions that was provided by the prior returns app that we used. The app is pretty tightly integrated with Shopify. There are quite a few return app on the market that works with Shopify. ReturnGo was on our short list of app for consideration.

Very high quality and powerful tool backed by highly responsive support. Good size user community that is active. It's interesting to see the many use cases. The tool is very well designed, and intuitive to use. Some learning curve, but that’s expected, especially if there are sophisticated needs. We've used Parabola for a long time, and we have not encountered any show-stopping bugs or problems. It is a very reliable system. Amazingly, widgets that are retired continued to function, so the backward support is incredible. Unlike other systems where the developers would shutoff a retired function forcing users to make sudden changes/updates, we have not experienced that situation. It’s obvious the Parabola team constantly works on improving their product and they are very good at making improvements and updates. The tool has made the mundane, cumbersome and tedious data transform tasks easier to deal with. Large variety of integrations options, so it’s easy to extract and load data from a large variety of sources. One of the best tool of its kind. Thanks so much for the thoughtful, thorough review! Quick summary about Growave – Highly polished product and trusted team. The functions are quick to load and small and we haven't encountered any problems or bugs with the Growave product. Absolutely amazing support from Growave. The support and tech teams are extremely courteous, responsive and helpful, and goes out of their way to help. The Growave teams follow up on each requests/questions/concerns, and they are genuinely passionate about their work and product.

Only been a couple of hours trying out this app. The thing that stands out the most is the support, which is fantastic. Scott is extremely responsive online, and have addressed every question and concern completely. Can't say enough about this - tremendous amount of help from Scott. So far everything looks positive.

Exceptional app that helps in extending shopify functionalities. Issac is diligent and very helpful in support. Issac is responsive and very open to feedback. It's obvious that a lot of thoughts went into the development of this app. This app will have a loyal following of serious ecommerce retailers.
