The app is easy to set up and use, and if there is an issue ( I have found that at times my theme doesnt play well w it) customer service ( most recently Ian) have been prompt to reply and quick with a fix.
I am using the free version of the app and its perfect for what I need. Have been in touch with customer service a couple of times and they have been prompt, professional and super helpful.

I have just signed up with Judge me and Andrew was a great help in setting me up quickly and efficiently. He answered my questions promptly, and provided links and guides where needed. It's off to a good start!
