Bener Shop®

siempre dispuestos a ayudar y muy atentos, la verdad muy contento con ellos

I had the pleasure of receiving help from Najmus Saqib, and honestly, it was one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had on Shopify. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and highly professional. He took the time to check my store thoroughly, identify a conflict between apps, and guide me step by step to fix it. He also verified my widget, audited my offer, and made sure everything was working perfectly before ending the chat. What stood out most was his constant willingness to help, clear communication, and truly positive attitude. Thanks to his guidance, the discount and integrations are now working flawlessly, and my store looks amazing. I highly recommend Najmus — he shows real dedication, expertise, and genuine care for his clients. I wish every support agent were like him!
