I was using this app on the free plan and discovered that functionality I had previously been using was moved behind the Pro plan without any notification. I only became aware of the change when customers stopped receiving their discount codes and I had to investigate the issue myself. I have no objection to developers charging for their work, but removing existing functionality without informing users caused errors in a live customer-facing workflow. Had I been notified in advance, I would have had the opportunity to decide whether the upgrade was worth it or to implement an alternative solution before it affected my customers. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend an app that makes changes like this without communicating them to existing users, and I won't reward such actions by upgrading to their pro plan.

I'm really happy with this app so far. It does exactly what I need it to do. What has impressed me most though is the support. They reply very quickly, are genuinely helpful, and seem very willing to go the extra mile to help. Thoroughly recommend both the app and the support team behind it.
