Stephan, I needed some basic information to help diagnose your problem. An order number, an error message (if any), a screenshot, anything really so I can help you. "it doesn't work" does not allow me to help you. You probably forgot to set up a PDF design template for the tickets. Something simple like that. Breaks my heart to see something that could have been so easily resolved end up in a 1 star review. On the other hand, I do take these sorts of things to the drawing board all the time, "Why did they have this problem? Why couldn't the software prevent this issue in the first place?" So thanks for that, I guess. -Jeff
