App works very well. Also great service from Alex just now who helped with some custom functionality we needed.
Really not sure why this hasn't got loads of 5* reviews. Easy optimisation and automated replacement of large PNG & JPG files, converting them into smaller WEBP or JPG formats. A huge time saver compared to doing it manually. Great app, thanks.

Imports items in quickly, offers v.good range of services. 2 issues I have with the service 1. Would prefer if we could set custom valuation as it's a set amount or full RRP - I need to insure it at price we buy it in for, not what we sell it at nor £20. 2. Would like for items to extend past 14 days as sometimes we do custom work that needs the extra time. It's good enough, however would be much better if: - you could load a credit to avoid going through gpay/worldpay/paypal everytime you paid - you could copy the order details, so if doing a resend, you could copy the original order details and make a new order out of it.

Thank you for your review. Please be aware that you can actually clone an existing order by selecting the order on the order grid (click the grey circle), select the Clone option in the resulting bottom right menu and Select Go. I hope you find this useful.
