Hi there - Sorry to hear you had problems with our app. We've followed up over email to assist, but a few clarifying details for anyone that reads this review: 1. Our app does require a user to sign in to bid. This allows us to protect the buyers and merchants. You can see an example of this here: https://shop.raremarq.com/products/new-shirt?variant=52519168442641 2. Customers can bid without adding a payment method: this is correct. A sign in is required, but because of our integration required, we cannot require someone to add a form of payment. We do fix this by automatically creating the payment invoice and sending reminder emails to the winner of the auction. Lastly, we're one of the few apps that allows merchants to choose a payment window, and if the current winner does not complete payment within that time period, we can close out the current winner's draft invoice and automatically select the next winner.
