I'm not that savvy when it comes to technical issues involving our online store. Great chat option, my rep was extremely helpful in fixing some major issues with our site. It was very easy to follow their instructions/prompts and patient with me while navigating those prompts. Life saver, love the tools available within the app. I went up from a 68 to 80.
