We’ve been using this PIM to assist with data and its completeness between our three different sales channels; our box service, digital commerce, and physical retail stores. It handles the complexity beautifully and has made scaling our business so much easier. Pimberly has really showed its worth best when it has helped us modify or add additional channels, as well as when we scale up or down any of these areas. What really sets them apart, though, is their support. Every member of their team that we've worked with has been extremely collaborative. Three days before launching our (previously M2) store on Shopify we ran into an issue with our existing UGC partner and had to find a new solution FAST.
