Facebook makes it difficult if not IMPOSSIBLE to FIND, Locate & Talk to customers without having to dig through the back end to only accidently stumble across the tools they need to sell properly. EVERYTHING SHOULD GO THROUGH SHOPIFY!!! Facebook Shop is not set up properly. And most people do not ever end up seeing customer inquiries or orders half the time! It's annoying. Again - everythiong should go through Shopify!
the Most PISSSSS POOR App/Website Shopify used to be easy, seamless & now its prone to Fraud, Hackers & its a bloated, unease, expensive site with no Help, you have to fight with Bots to get the App to work. And integrate it in. Forget it.
