The support I received has been good - we had many questions when changing from another Courier service as the setup is different. Every question I asked got answered. The app is quite good, it does have some limitations, but does what we currently need it to do.

had an issue with live feed on website, contacted support at 10pm. They replied immediately and got it sorted. Awesome.
