What can I say? Loox did not disappoint! I initially chose Loox because I loved the features they offered and the overall aesthetic...it just looked right and fit my brand well. I was able to seamlessly add the app to my website and it was super easy to set up and customize. The built-in features like media uploads and discounts for customers who leave a review genuinely encourage engagement and repeat customers. However, what stood out the most, was their customer support. As a small business owner, that meant everything to me. They truly went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied, even offering extra support and perks and honoring their word - integrity. That kind of service is rare and honestly a blessing. It's rare to find excellent customer service these days, but I had a great experience with Appstle. Basically, I got stuck during setup because a button on my product page was acting up, and Aiden from their support team, stepped in and went above and beyond. He actually took the time, a decent amount of time - to code a fix for me, and made sure everything worked properly, and looked professional. And if that wasn't enough, he gave me some helpful advice and even added an extra perk as courtesy. It’s refreshing to see customer service that genuinely puts customers first. I’m very pleased so far and really appreciate the care and effort. Definitely Recommend A+++

So far so good! The customer service team is excellent. Sneha was so helpful and patient, going above and beyond to make sure i'm satisfied and the site looks amazing.
