This app is a desaster. I tried to use the template of the old order printer app which I was using now for years and have translated it, since my shop is in German. The new version just deletes my translation. When I copied my translated template from the old version of Order Printer to the new version it didn't work. Please stop dictating customers which app to use if you don't have the minimal of foresight that there are people acting in a different language than English.

As you probably noticed, legacy custom templates, while fully supported, are currently not automatically migrated to the new Shopify Order Printer app. To assist you with this transition, we have updated the Migration guide here: (https://shopify.link/Gxo2) to include examples for the most common customizations. -Maz, Shopify Support
