Like many others, we needed to migrate from Shopify Reviews to another platform and after hours of research decided on Judge.me. I am SO GLAD I went with this one! Don't hesitate, folks, this is the right choice! The migration was easy, the features are easy to add and understand and the customer service is top-notch even on the free plan. (Something I wouldn't usually expect!) Also a special shout-out to Mohamed for making a few tweaks to our widgets, and doing it literally within 5 minutes of sending the email. I've never known such quick and helpful customer service! We're thrilled to bits.

Customer support on this app is SO GOOD. I had a lot of specific questions and asks, and they always got back to me within an hour with complete answers and plenty of help. They even installed some custom code to input sliders into my collection pages - just perfect! Definitely recommend, even if you think you need some special attention for your specific needs.
