Hey, Our Convert plan includes usage charges as stated everywhere our pricing information is displayed. I've reviewed our communication, and it appears that while my colleague advised that you use our Beginner plan, you (possibly accidentally) chose the Convert plan - hence the unexpected charges. I have reached out privately to clarify further and assist.
