German Drop has been a great supplier to work with and a big part of that is Howard — he is honestly amazing. Any time I had a question or needed something sorted he was on it straight away. He is responsive, genuinely helpful and clearly cares about the success of the businesses he works with. It's rare to find that level of support. Highly recommend German Drop, especially if you get a change to work with Howard.

I got charged for the same chargeback twice despite having automatic refunds set up. Support walked me through how my account should actually be configured, and once I explained the full situation, they refunded one of the chargebacks and showed me how to protect myself from it happening again. Genuinely hadn't experienced that kind of support in a long time.
I have experienced nothing but the best services from HyperSKU team - especially my contact Howard, always happy to help and quickly to reply and sort out any problem that occurred. I highly recommend HyperSKU.
